Our DIY Wedding Package includes The Bison Barn Venue Hire and:
Exclusive Use
Exclusive access to the property from 10am the day before the event to set up to 12pm the day after the event.
Accommodation
Includes camping on site for all guests the night of the wedding and up to 10 guests the night before the wedding.
Ceremony
Choice of four outdoor ceremony locations including Wedding Tree, Mountain Arbour, Dam Ceremony or Lower Mountain Ceremony with wet weather option available inside the Barn.
Decorations & Furniture
Includes reception tables and seating for 100 people, ceremony seating for 48 guests, and table decorations. Ask for a full list of decorations and furniture.
Flowers
Artificial 1m arbour/ bridal table flowers, 6 x artificial ceremony aisle displays, 8 x artificial flower table centre pieces, artificial green vines and extra artificial styling flowers.
Styling
DIY styling of furniture and decorations or ask us for recommendations of local styling vendors.
Reception
Choose from a sit-down reception in the 240m2 undercover barn or have a cocktail-styled outdoor/ indoor reception around the firepit with the dance floor inside the barn.
Firewood
Includes firepit (firewood supplied for extra fee)
